What I do with your details.

The quote form asks for:

• what you need
• roughly how many
• what you're paying now, if you know it
• a link or a photo of the thing, if you have one
• when you need it by
• your name, email, phone and business name
• your tick on the consent box, and the date and time you ticked it

Your name and email are required, because I can't come back to you without them. The rest is optional — fill in what helps.

That form is the only place this site collects anything. There is no login, no account, no newsletter, no comment box, no chat widget. If you never send the form, I never learn anything about you.

To read your request, work out whether I can source the thing, and come back to you with a price or an honest no. If we go ahead, to run the job and to talk to you while it's running.

That's the whole list. I don't build profiles, I don't score leads against data I bought from somebody else, and I don't use your details to advertise at you.

When you press send, the form hands what you typed to one of two places, depending on how the site is wired up at the time:

• A customer-relationship tool I use to keep track of requests, so a job doesn't get buried in an inbox. That tool is GoHighLevel.
• A form-handling service that emails the request straight to me. That service is Formspree.

Both are companies in the United States that handle the information on my behalf and under their own terms. Whichever one is running, your request also lands in my email, which is hosted by a mail provider in the ordinary way.

If neither is switched on, the form sends nothing anywhere. It writes the email out for you and you send it yourself, from your own mail program, to me.

Nobody else gets your details. I don't sell personal information. I don't share it for advertising, and I don't hand it to anyone building an advertising profile of you. I don't trade or rent lists.

Your request, and the emails and texts we exchange about it, are business records — what was asked for, what was quoted, what was agreed. I keep them while I need them to run the work and account for it, and then I delete them.

This site sets no cookies. None — not even the ones people call essential, because it doesn't need any.

It runs no analytics. I genuinely cannot tell you how many people visited this page, because nothing here counts them. There are no advertising pixels from Meta, Google, TikTok or anyone else, no session recording, no heatmaps, no A/B testing, no chat widget and no embedded video. Nothing on this page follows you to another one.

That's also why there's no cookie banner to click through. There is nothing to consent to.

The site is a set of plain static files sitting on a hosting service. Like every web host, that service may keep standard server logs of requests — the IP address, which page was asked for, the time, and the browser's user-agent string — to keep the site up and to fend off abuse.

Those logs are the host's, made by the machinery of the web rather than by anything I added. I don't use them to work out who you are, and I never join them to anything from the form.

The tick box on the form is your permission for me to get back to you by email, phone or text, at the details you gave me. I use it for your request and for the work that comes out of it. Nothing else — no marketing blasts, no drip campaign.

Text messages may cost you whatever your carrier charges for them. Message frequency depends entirely on the job.

To stop texts, reply STOP to any of them. To stop emails, reply and say so, or use the unsubscribe link if the email carries one. Either way I'll stop, and I don't need a reason.

Stopping one channel doesn't cancel a job we're in the middle of — I'll just reach you the other way.

Email me at [email protected] and tell me which you want:

• a copy of what I hold about you
• a correction, if something's wrong
• deletion

I'll sort it out within a reasonable time — usually a few days. Depending on where you live you may have rights like these under a state or national privacy law, but you don't have to quote one at me. Just ask.

One honest caveat: if we've completed an order, I may have to keep the invoice and the order record for tax and accounting reasons. If that applies I'll tell you exactly what I'm holding on to and why, and delete the rest.

Asking won't cost you anything and won't change how I treat you.

This site is for business owners. It isn't aimed at children and I don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13. If you think a child has sent something through the form, email me at [email protected] and I'll delete it.
